What is the quality like?

Billing:

Payments: We accept PayPal and Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.

Errors at Checkout: Please make sure that the billing address entered on our site matches exactly to the billing address on your credit card statement. If the addresses differ, your order may not be successfully processed. If you still see an error, please contact us.

Fulfillment/Shipping/Order status:

On average, we take about 2-7 days for product order fulfillment. Shipping times will range from 1-7 days based on select shipping methods. 97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with your order details. If for some reason you do not receive an e-mail please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation that your order has been received.

Tracking your shipment:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated e-mail with your tracking information. If you do not receive your tracking information please check your spam filter or contact us to verify shipping.

International/Canada Orders:

We ship internationally. Prices, options and details will be shown on the secure checkout page.

Common sizing questions:

Q: Do your shirts run true to size?

A: Most often, yes. If you are in-between sizes we suggest you go up. If you would like more details on product sizes please review our Size Guide.

Sales Tax

All orders placed are subject to sales tax based on the tax law governing the address where the product is being shipped. The tax amount due will display in the shopping cart and during checkout.

Returns and Exchanges

30-Day Money Back Guarantee. Items purchased are new and guaranteed against any defect: a defective product will be refunded or replaced at no charge. Please contact us immediately if you have received a defective product; and within 30 days of order delivery.

Exchanges. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for an exchange. Item(s) must be returned in original packaging along with receipt within 30 days of order delivery. The customer is responsible for returning the item(s). Please contact us for more details and return procedures.

Sale/Promotion Policy. Items purchased during any sale or promotion may not be eligible for inclusion for the listed Returns and Exchanges policies.

Exemptions. Merchandise that has been worn, used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
